The delicious details: Our refreshing and flavorful take on linguine, made with rescued basil and lemon to create a delicious pasta that will pair well with a variety of sauces (try it with our Hungry Harvest Tomato Basil Sauce!). Please note that this product is dusted with semolina flour to ensure it does not stick to the other strands. While this specific batch is a little heavy on the dusting it's 100% safe and normal. It is also a sign of good quality fresh pasta! Additionally, there is fresh basil worked into the dough as well, so the green flecks you see in the strands are natural!
