The delicious details: You can use these in place of jalapenos! They're generally mild. . .but occasionally one will catch you by surprise! The best way to enjoy them is to blister them by sautéing in some hot oil (with garlic as a bonus) in a pan. Sprinkle with salt and enjoy!
