Delicious details: Kombucha is a ferment that has been traced back to the Qin Dynasty (which is why they're called 221 BC!) It starts with natural sugar, tea, and a symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY). The SCOBY consumes the sugar and converts the tea into an effervescent beverage. 221 BC then adds cold-pressed organic juices to give you a traditional drink, balanced with modern flavors.
