Why we rescued 'em: Brewer's made too many bags of pita chips and didn't have a home for their extra bags. We were happy to help fight the waste by taking them off their hands - especially since they're made with upcycled ingredients from the beer making process (pretty neat, huh). Snack the surplus!

Delicious details:  A perfect balance of herbaceous flavor and natural salt. The familiar rosemary pairs excellent with the nutty notes of the roasted barley and wheat. Brewer's makes their chips using Up-Cycled brewery grains, a valuable byproduct from the beer making process. When making beer, brewers steep super high-quality grains, like barley, in water. They then strain this mixture, keeping the liquid to make beer and discard the "spent" grains. Turns out, these grains are still incredibly flavorful and nutritious. They recycle these saved grains into their crackers to reduce food waste.
