Ingredients: Cooked Grape Must, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (39%) ( Wine Vinegar, Concentrated Grape Must, Cooked Grape Must, Caramel Color), Wine Vinegar, Thickeners: Guar Gum and Xanthan Gum. Contains Sulfites. 4% Acidity. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light and heat sources.
