Q: Can I put deliveries on hold if I go out of town or want to take a break?

A: Absolutely, just log in to your account and click the "Skip Deliveries" option, select the dates you would like to hold your delivery, and voila! You, of course, will not be charged when your deliveries are on hold.

 

Q: But I'm not a chef...

A:  No worries, follow our lead! Our weekly newsletter is sent every weekend with simple recipes using main ingredients from the current week's delivery.

 

Q: Do I have to sign for deliveries?

A: Absolutely not! We're happy to follow your delivery instructions about where to leave your harvest if you are not home.

 

Q: What if someone in my house has allergies?

A: We understand, we have allergies too! Simply add these to the "never list." You can also email us at family@hungryharvest.net with further instructions :)

 

Q: When's my last chance to cancel a delivery or add items?

A: Please let us know by the Wednesday at 11:59 pm before your delivery and we will be sure to accomodate!

 

Q: How do I ask questions not on this page?

A: Simply email family@hungryharvest.net and we will have an answer for you as fast as humanly possible! Our hours are 9 am - 5 pm, seven days a week.
